Opis

Joras Venture is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join a modern poultry processing plant in Gostyń as Packers of chicken products. The successful candidates will be responsible for placing chicken parts onto conveyor belts for subsequent freezing, marinating, or packaging, working under various temperature conditions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic food industry environment with competitive pay and accommodation options.

Contract Type:
Civil law contract (Umowa zlecenie)

Vacancies: 5 Positions (Men, Women, Couples)  

Work Schedule:
Two shifts of 10 hours each:
   - Morning Shift: 06:00 – 16:00
   - Evening Shift: 16:00 – 02:00

Workdays: Monday to Friday, with optional work on Saturday (06:00 – 14:00)
Work volume: from 220 hours per month

  • Chęć pracy w środowisku przetwórstwa spożywczego
  • Nie jest wymagana wcześniejsza znajomość języka polskiego
  • Umiejętność pracy w środowisku o szybkim tempie i zmiennej temperaturze
  • Odpowiedzialność, niezawodność i umiejętność przestrzegania protokołów bezpieczeństwa
  • Ciepłe ubrania i środki ochrony osobistej (dostarczone lub do dostarczenia)
  • Na terenie zakładu nie wolno nosić biżuterii.

Premie

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: 24.63 PLN net
  • Monthly Salary Range: 5,400 – 5,900 PLN net
For Students up to 26 years old:
  • Hourly Rate: 30.50 PLN net
  • Monthly Salary Range: 6,700 – 7,300 PLN net
Accommodation:
  • Rooms for 2-4 people with amenities and Wi-Fi
  • Cost: 650 PLN per month (deducted from salary)
  • Deposit: 200 PLN (refunded after 30 days of continuous work)

Obowiązki

  • Placing chicken parts onto conveyor belts for further processing such as freezing, marinating, or packaging
  • Operating machinery and conveyor systems within various temperature ranges (+10°C to +25°C depending on process)
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
  • Adhering to safety regulations, including wearing provided protective equipment (apron, gloves, shoes)
  • Ensuring proper handling of products and operational procedures in compliance with food safety standards

Work Permits: No Polish language knowledge required, suitable for foreigners and newcomers to Poland
