Join a reputable wood processing company in Bydgoszcz! We are currently hiring workers for primary wood processing and product preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for men, women, and couples to work in a dynamic environment with competitive pay and comfortable accommodation.

Contract Type: Civil law contract (Umowa zlecenie)

Total Vacancies: 2 Men

Work Schedule: 2 shifts:
  • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Possibility of working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Overtime available when needed
  • Break: 30 minutes
  • Working hours: 168 – 220 hours/month

Requirements

  • Must be legally in Poland with valid documents allowing work
  • Physical endurance
  • Responsibility and attentiveness

Bonuses

  • Standard hourly rate: 24.63 PLN net
  • Monthly salary: 4100 – 5410 PLN net
  • For students under 26 years old:
    • Hourly rate: 30.50 PLN net
    • Monthly salary: 5100 – 6700 PLN net
  • Additional surcharge of +1 PLN per hour for those renting accommodation themselves

Benefits

  • Accommodation provided – 650 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
  • Refundable deposit of 200 PLN (paid upon moving in, returned after 30 days of work)
  • Work clothes provided: boots, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, gloves, cap, jacket, and earplugs
  • Access to microwave and drinking water in the dining area

Responsibilities

  • Sorting boards into clean and knotted categories
  • Stacking boards on pallets in unheated, open areas
  • Preparing finished products by feeding and selecting materials on equipment (cutting, gluing, pressing)
  • Measuring humidity levels of materials
  • Working in a warm workshop environment during product preparation

  • Work performed in open and unheated areas for primary sorting; in warm workshops for product preparation
  • No equipment maintenance required
  • Work clothes provided for safety and comfort
