Joras Venture is seeking motivated and experienced Warehouse Workers holding a valid UDT forklift license to join a large logistics complex in Żyrardów. The successful candidates will operate forklifts to handle order picking, loading, unloading, and storage of goods, ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Contract Type:
Civil law contract (Umowa zlecenie)

Work Schedule:
Two shifts from Monday to Saturday:
- Morning Shift: 06:00 – 18:00
- Night Shift: 18:00 – 06:00

Additional shift: Saturday from 06:00 – 18:00

Note: Working hours range from 240 to 300 hours per month

Requirements

  • Valid UDT forklift driver’s license (uprawnienia UDT)
  • Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of safe forklift handling procedures, including gas cylinder replacement
  • Ability to perform basic warehouse documentation and inventory management
  • Basic proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
  • Responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical condition and reliability

Bonuses

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: 25.71 PLN net
- Monthly Salary Range: 6,170 – 7,700 PLN net

For Students up to 26 years old:
- Hourly Rate: 31.84 PLN net
- Monthly Salary Range: 7,640 – 9,550 PLN net

Responsibilities

  • Operating forklifts with UDT certification to pick and prepare orders for shipment
  • Loading and unloading goods and materials safely and efficiently
  • Conducting routine maintenance of forklifts and handling gas cylinder replacements
  • Moving and storing goods while maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Ensuring the proper storage and condition of goods in accordance with safety standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse workspace
  • Documenting warehouse activities accurately and responsibly
