Description

  • Manually load and unload oversized and non-standard cargo (e.g., furniture, long packages, shower cabins, bicycles, refrigerators).
  • Handle courier parcels such as bumpers, furniture, long packages, shower cabins, bicycles, refrigerators, etc.
  • Sort parcels and place them on platforms according to destination markings.
  • Work in a calm environment at a moderate pace.
  • No use of scanners or technical equipment; manual handling only.

Work Schedule:
  • First two weeks: 5–6 hours daily, Monday to Saturday, from 20:00 to 01:00.
  • Post-probation: Monday to Saturday, from 20:00 to 05:00, with an option to start earlier at 17:00.
  • Monthly workload: 220–300 hours.

Salary:
  • Probation (1st month): 24.63 zł net/hour (~approx. 5,660 zł/month)
  • After probation: 25.72 zł net/hour (~approx. 7,700 zł/month)
  • For students under 26:
    • 1st month: 30.50 zł net/hour (~approx. 7,000 zł/month)
    • After probation: 31.85 zł net/hour (~approx. 9,550 zł/month)

Requirements

  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Motivation and desire to work consistently.
  • Basic knowledge of Polish or English to understand instructions and safety protocols.

Bonuses

  • Student bonus: Higher hourly rate during probation and after.
  • Monthly bonus for independent accommodation: 200 zł after working 220 hours/month with independent rental arrangements.
