We are seeking experienced and dependable professional truck drivers (C+E license) to join our expanding international logistics team. Our company specializes in transporting bulk agricultural products and frozen foods across Germany, Belgium, Poland, and the Netherlands. Location: Germany, Belgium, Poland, Netherlands (EU & Non-EU candidates accepted with visa sponsorship available)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Total Vacancies: Multiple positions available

Work Schedule:
  • International routes primarily between Germany, Belgium, Poland, and the Netherlands
  • Some drivers may have fixed daily routes; others will handle diverse international deliveries
  • Flexible schedules based on route and operational needs

Requirements

  • Valid C+E (Class 3/CE) driving license
  • Code 95 (EU CPC) preferred; willing to obtain through company-supported training
  • Proven experience in truck driving, managing tight delivery schedules
  • Good understanding of working/rest time calculations and tachograph rules
  • Basic communication skills in English or German (recommended)
  • Willingness to attend onboarding and driver training before starting solo operations
  • Ability to operate semi-trailer trucks, including tipper and cooler trailers
  • Commitment to safe driving and adherence to EU regulations

Bonuses

Starting salary:competitive onboarding rate
  • Performance-based increases, with potential to earn up to €3,400 net/month
  • Payments made via bank transfer — no cash payments
  • Assistance in obtaining necessary documents (license, Code 95) if needed, with costs deducted gradually from salary (up to 12 months)

Responsibilities

  • Operate semi-trailers for bulk agricultural goods and frozen food transportation
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules accurately
  • Comply with EU driving and rest hour regulations, managing time independently
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the truck and safety equipment
  • Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly
  • Ensure timely deliveries to maintain operational efficiency
Additional Information:
  • We invest approximately €11,000 per candidate for licensing, training, and relocation for non-EU drivers
