Your main duties will include packaging pork products, labeling packages, preparing products for shipment, and stacking them on pallets. Contract Type: Civil Law Contract (Umowa zlecenie)

Work Schedule:
  • Two shifts: 5:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 1:00
  • 2 breaks of 20 minutes each
  • In-season: possibility of working 12-hour shifts
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday, with the option to work on Saturdays
  • Monthly working hours: 210 - 250 hours

Requirements

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Motivation and willingness to learn
  • Experience in similar work is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in a standing position

Bonuses

  • +3 PLN per hour for each hour worked over 10 hours
  • +3 PLN per hour for every hour worked on Saturday
  • Performance bonus of 1000 PLN
  • Fine for absenteeism: 100 PLN
