We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Clothing Warehouse Pickers for our Client's well-established online retail facility in Goleniów. The successful candidates will be responsible for efficiently handling order packing, sorting, quality control, and shipment preparation for clothing, footwear, and accessories. This role is vital to ensuring our customers receive top-quality products promptly and accurately.

Contract Type:
Civil law contract (Umowa zlecenie)

Work Schedule:
Shift Hours:
  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Shift Rotation:
  • 5 days work, 2 days off, alternating every 5 days
  • Workdays include weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)

Work Duration:
  • Estimated 168 – 220 hours per month

Breaks:
40-minute break during 12-hour shifts; additional 10 minutes in hot weather

Requirements

  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
  • Strong desire to work and reliable work ethic
  • Only people who speak Polish or Russian are accepted
  • Must have a good level of math (there are tests before starting work)
  • Readiness for shift work, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Bonuses

Compensation & Bonuses:
  • Standard Rate: 24.63 PLN net per hour, plus performance bonuses
  • Monthly Salary Range: 4,100 – 5,400 PLN net
  For Students (up to 26 years):
  • 30.50 PLN net per hour
  • Monthly salary: 5,100 – 6,700 PLN net

Housing & Accommodation:
  • Shared accommodation in a fully equipped room with up to 4 occupants
  • Bathroom and shower facilities shared among two rooms

Monthly rent: 650 PLN (deducted from salary)
Deposit: 200 PLN (refundable after 30 days of employment)
Well-developed infrastructure with public transportation options

Responsibilities

  • Packaging and preparing goods for shipment
  • Sorting and quality control of clothing, footwear, jewelry, and accessories
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders
